Ordering your Prescriptions hasn’t been easier
Doctors are now delivering bulk-billed services via telehealth, phone or video conferencing and will issue a paper prescription. During your consultation, nominate our pharmacy to your doctor as your preferred pharmacy to receive your prescriptions.
We are now able to dispense your prescriptions without requiring your paper prescription to reach our store, when they are sent to us by your doctor via fax, email or even text to our pharmacy.
All our delivery drivers are pharmacy staff, trained to comply with the current sanitary and isolation protocols relevant to the containment and management of COVID-19 within the community.
Medicines that belong to the controlled drugs category, cannot be dispensed using the electronic system and can only be supplied when your original prescriptions are posted or delivered to our pharmacy.
If you have prescriptions that belong to this category and you are unable to visit the pharmacy please post us your prescriptions for FREE or ask your doctor to post your prescriptions to us for FREE by using a plain envelope – no stamp required, to the REPLY PAID post addresses we have available for each of our stores.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Our Pharmacy will print a prescription repeat and attach it to the original printed digital image of the prescription, and we will keep it in the pharmacy for all your requests for future supply of the medicine.
Patients with existing paper prescriptions or repeats who are confined to their homes during COVID-19 will need to ask someone to visit the pharmacy on their behalf with the paper prescription. If this is not possible, you can call your doctor and seek new prescriptions following the process as described above.
If you have had your prescriptions filled at another pharmacy this year, we can consolidate your prescription records so that you do not miss out on the Safety Net threshold.
If you or your family holds concessional cards, you may be entitled to have your PBS medications subsidised by the Government. Please let us know by providing us with your card number so that we can dispense your scripts accordingly.
Our pharmacy provides free SMS Prescription Reminders to let you know when your scripts are due to be refilled or a new prescription is required. All we need from you is to provide us with your mobile number. This ensures you’ll always get your medications when they are due.
